Rob has been involved in Estate Agency since 2003 and has passed both the NAEA and ARLA technical awards for residential property.
Rob says: “My favourite part of my role is exploring new and innovative ways of enhancing the MorfittSmith experience for our clients”, but we all know it’s really the sweets Sandra keeps in the New Homes Department. Sheffield is his home and there is not a lot Rob does not know about the City, from local schools and parks to restaurants and shops. Feel free to tap into his knowledge and experience on all things Sheffield.
Outside of work a lot of Rob’s free time is spent with his wife and two young sons. He is a keen sports fan: especially of rugby, cricket & football (A Sheffield Wednesday fan, but we don’t talk about that at the moment).
Tom Plant
Lettings Valuer
Tom is our Lettings Valuer, his keen eye and years in the field give him a real knack for finding the best possible price for your home to let.
He brought years of experience with him from residential sales as well as lettings from across Sheffield. Born and bred in the Steel City he has amassed a staggering knowledge of the city. While his technical skills are sure to impress it’s his love of a real chinwag that gets him the best results for his Tenants and Landlords.
In his spare time he will most likely be playing football with his 5 aside team or watching Sheffield play (United, the good ones). He regularly hikes in the Peak District with his partner or is out eating & drinking with friends and family.
