Bubble Design

Bubble Design are an amazing bunch who brought our new Website to life.

We made do with a tired old site, just like every other estate agent, for years. But in 2021 we decided enough was enough. It was time the website reflected the effort we have invested in every other part of the business.

Bubble Design stood head and shoulders above the competition by offering a comprehensive in-house service in such an approachable way. Once we got to talking we realised our teams had a great deal in common. It was an absolute pleasure to work with such a like-minded team as they brought our wild and wonderful requests to life.

It’s a testament to their efforts that our new website isn’t just a stack of property listings and a phone number. They helped us to create a truly interactive site, packed full of tools, resources, and materials for buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, new home builders and more!

Thornberry Animal Sanctuary

Thornberry Animal Sanctuary and their beautiful animals are particularly near and dear to our heart.

Every year you can find us at one of their biggest events of the year Pooches in the Park. We help in every way we can to raise a bit of extra money for their very worthy cause of protecting and rehoming rescue animals of all shapes and sizes.

Thornberry Animal Sanctuary is a rescue centre based in South Yorkshire on two different sites. Founded in 1988, they have since rescued thousands of Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Equines and some other larger species at their farm at Ravenfield, whilst all other animals are at Todwick Road, Dinnington. They take animals that through no fault of their own need a new home. They assess them and deal with any medical or behavioural issues they may have, then try to match them to their perfect forever home.

George and Pete Wainwright are an unstoppable father/son duo, and two of the finest Domestic Energy Assessors in town.

Producing an accurate and detailed EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) is a colossal task. We know because we used to do our own. So you can trust that when we say they work hard, they work really hard!

When a property comes up for Sale or to Let we send them in to work their magic. They ensure the property is assessed to an exacting standard.  With an accurate EPC, our buyers and tenants have the best possible information to make an informed decision about their new home.

We have been working with Pete and George for years now and we hope to for many more to come.
